Aspargos salteados

Os talos de aspargo são fatiados e salteados em um óleo aromático com gengibre e alho, e depois finalizados com suco de limão. É um acompanhamento inspirado na culinária chinesa, rápido de preparar e que dá cor à mesa. {Vegano, sem glúten}
Ingredientes
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 ” ginger (, julienned)
- 2 cloves garlic (, sliced)
- 1 lb asparagus (, tough ends removed, slice on a bias into 1/2” thick pieces)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt ((or to taste))
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1 to 2 lemon wedges
Modo de preparo

Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.

Add the ginger and garlic. Stir and cook to release fragrance, 30 seconds.

Add the asparagus. Cook and stir until starting to turn tender, 2 to 3 minutes.

Sprinkle with salt and add ground black pepper, stir to mix well. Turn to medium-low heat and taste the asparagus. Adjust seasoning if needed. Turn off the heat. Squeeze in the lemon juice and stir again to mix well. Transfer everything to a plate. Serve hot as a side dish.
