Batata-doce frita no forno

Quer batata-doce frita que não fique mole? Depois de preparar essas batatas fáceis no forno por mais de uma década, descobri alguns truques para deixá-las gostosas do jeito que eu gosto! E sem etapas complicadas, como deixar de molho antes. De nada.
Ingredientes
- 10 ounces sweet potatoes (about 1 medium potato)

- 1 teaspoon seasoning (see note)
