Sobrecoxas de frango na Instant Pot

Estas sobrecoxas de frango fáceis de fazer na Instant Pot ficam perfeitamente cozidas, suculentas e macias, com o sabor do tempero seco caseiro e, se quiser, do molho.
Ingredientes

- 2 1/2 pounds chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on (6-8 thighs)

- 1 cup chicken broth
- 2 Tablespoons cold water
- 2 Tablespoons cornstarch
