Frango com molho barbecue na air fryer

O frango com molho barbecue na air fryer fica suculento e saboroso, sem precisar acender a churrasqueira! São apenas 5 minutos de preparo e cerca de 20 minutos de cozimento!
Ingredientes
- 1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast ((2) 8 ounce chicken breasts; see notes for other cuts of chicken)
- 1 tablespoon avocado oil (or your favorite oil)
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (plus more to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper (plus more to taste)
- 1/3 cup bbq sauce (use up to 1/2 cup for extra saucy bbq chicken)
Modo de preparo
- 1
prep chicken: If the chicken breasts are quite large, place in a zip top bag and pound to uniform thickness, or butterfly the chicken by cutting it in half lengthwise to make 2 pieces. Pat the chicken dry, then brush evenly with the oil.
- 2
combine spices: Combine the smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper in a small bowl and sprinkle evenly over the chicken.
- 3
air fry chicken: Air fry the chicken breasts at 380 degrees in a single layer for 8 minutes, then flip and continue cooking until an instant read thermometer inserted into the thickest part of the breast reaches 160 degrees, around 7-10 minutes more depending on the size and thickness. Brush the chicken with bbq sauce on both sides and continue cooking for 2-3 minutes or until the internal temperature is 165 degrees.
- 4
rest: Place the chicken on a plate, cover loosely with foil and allow to rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Enjoy!
