  • olive oil 2.00 tbsp divided 1 tbsp +2 tsp
  • oatmeal 1.00 cup steel cut oats
  • water 4.00 cup
  • salt 0.13 tsp
  • carrots 0.50 cup shredded
  • red bell pepper 1.00 med small diced
  • cottage cheese 0.50 cup low-fat cottage cheese unsalted
  • egg substitute 1.50 cup
  • black pepper 0.13 tsp
  • avocado 1.00 large sliced into fourths
  • sriracha 1.00 tsp
  • Monterey Jack or pepper jack cheese 2.00 tbsp reduced-fat shredded

Modo de preparo

    Heat 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil over medium heat. Stir in the oats and stir until fragrant
