Sanduíche de atum com queijo derretido

Meu sanduíche de atum com queijo derretido é uma versão caprichada do clássico sanduíche de atum! Com pão crocante, queijo derretido e uma mistura de atum deliciosa, ele é imbatível! É o prato ideal para quando você quer uma comida reconfortante, rápida e fácil.
Ingredientes
- 6 ounce tuna ((2 cans) drained)
- 1/4 cup green onion (finely chopped)
- 1 stalk celery (finely chopped)
- 1 tablespoon fresh tarragon (or parsley, chopped)
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper (or to taste)
- 2 tablespoon butter (softened)
- 8 slices bread (any type)
- 4 slices cheddar cheese

Ready the oven: Preheat the oven to 375℉.

Make the tuna salad: Mix the tuna, green onion, celery, tarragon, mayonnaise, dijon, lemon juice, salt, and pepper together in a bowl.

Assemble the sandwiches: Butter one side of 8 slices of bread. Place 4 of the slices, butter side down, onto a baking sheet. Divide the tuna mixture and spread over the slices of bread. Top with a slice of cheddar cheese, and then on of the remaining slices of bread, with the butter facing up.

Bake for 5-8 minutes, or until the cheese is melty and the bread is toasty.
