Aipo chinês e tofu seco salteados com carne de porco ou bovina

Este clássico refogado chinês leva carne de porco ou bovina cortada em fatias finas, tofu seco saboroso (dougan) e aipo crocante. É rápido de preparar, cheio de sabor e perfeito com arroz para um jantar durante a semana.
Ingredientes
