Brócolis com macarrão gravatinha (atualizado) de Barefoot Contessa. Cozinhe os brócolis por 3 minutos em uma panela grande com água fervente e salgada. Retire-os da água com uma escumadeira ou peneira. Coloque-os em uma tigela grande e reserve. Na mesma água, cozinhe o macarrão gravatinha de acordo com as instruções da embalagem, por cerca de 12 minutos. Escorra bem e junte aos brócolis. Enquanto isso, aqueça a manteiga e o óleo em uma frigideira pequena e cozinhe o alho e as raspas de limão em fogo médio-baixo por 1 minuto. Retire do fogo, acrescente 2 colheres de chá de sal, a pimenta e o suco de limão e despeje sobre os brócolis e o macarrão. Misture bem. Ajuste o tempero, salpique os pinoli e o queijo, se for usar, e sirva.

    Cook the broccoli for 3 minutes in a large pot of boiling salted water. Remove the broccoli from the water with a slotted spoon or sieve. Place in a large bowl and set aside.

    In the same water, cook the bow-tie pasta according to the package directions, about 12 minutes. Drain well and add to the broccoli.

    Meanwhile, in a small sauté pan, heat the butter and oil and cook the garlic and lemon zest over medium-low heat for 1 minute. Off the heat, add 2 teaspoons salt, the pepper, and lemon juice and pour this over the broccoli and pasta. Toss well. Season to taste, sprinkle with the pignolis and cheese, if using, and serve.
