Batatas-doces na Instant Pot

Ingredientes

• 4 sweet potatoes, scrubbed well
• 1 cup water

Modo de preparo

   Place 1 cup of water in the insert. Top with a steaming rack and place the sweet potatoes on the rack. Overlapping is okay.

   Press the manual button and adjust the time to 15-22 minutes, depending on the size of the your sweet potatoes.

   When the timer beeps, use the quick release method to release the pressure, then unlock the lid. Carefully remove the sweet potatoes from the inner pot and allow them to cool.
