Bife de atum assado

Saboreie esta receita rápida de bife de atum assado! Atum macio com o toque cítrico do limão, gergelim e ervas frescas, pronto em apenas 10 minutos. Sem glúten e paleo.
Ingredientes
- 1/2 lemon (juiced)
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 1 sprig of fresh thyme
- Pinch of salt and black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tuna fillet ((16 ounces))
- 2 pak choi
- Lemon slices (for garnish)
- 1 teaspoon capers in brine
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Preheat oven: Preheat the oven to 450°F.

Mix marinade: In a bowl, combine the lemon juice, sesame oil, fresh thyme, salt, pepper, and garlic powder and mix well.

Marinate tuna: Marinate the tuna filet in the mixture for at least 15 minutes in the fridge. Meanwhile, bring a pot of salted water to a boil. Slice the pak choi in halves and boil for 2 minutes.

Bake tuna: Place the marinated tuna and the pak choi on a sheet pan. Cover the tuna with lemon slices and bake for 5 minutes in the preheated oven. Flip the tuna and cook for another 5 minutes.

Garnish: Remove the sheet pan from the oven and garnish with the capers and chopped parsley. Enjoy!
