Bolinho de atum

Frite deliciosos bolinhos de atum! Esta receita de 25 minutos leva cebola fresca, aipo e parmesão para uma refeição rápida e satisfatória.
Ingredientes
- 2 large eggs
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2/3 cup seasoned breadcrumbs
- 2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese (grated)
- 15 ounces canned tuna in water (drained)
- 1/4 cup onion (small diced)
- 3 tablespoons celery (small diced)
- Crushed red pepper to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley (chopped (for garnish))
- Preferred sauce for serving

Whisk base: In a mixing bowl, beat the eggs and lemon juice together. Stir in breadcrumbs and Parmesan cheese until the mixture becomes pasty.

Fold ingredients: Fold in the drained tuna, onion, celery, crushed red pepper, and black pepper.

Shape patties: Using your hands, shape the mixture into 1-inch thick patties.
