Salmão assado no forno

- 1 lemon (sliced in 1/4-inch rounds)

- 2 sprigs of fresh thyme
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 8-10 cherry tomatoes
- 1 red onion (sliced into rings)
- 2 garlic cloves (minced)
- 2 bay leaves
