Abobrinha com alho e parmesão

Uma boa quantidade de alho fresco e parmesão acrescenta muito sabor, e a abobrinha ganha uma maravilhosa nota caramelizada ao ser dourada na frigideira. Ingredientes
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon butter
- 2 medium zucchini (sliced into ½ inch rounds)
- ¼ teaspoon EACH: sea salt and pepper
- 2 cloves garlic (finely minced)
- ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
- A pinch red pepper flakes (optional)
- ¼ cup grated parmesan cheese

sear zucchini: Heat the olive oil and butter in a large, cast iron or non-stick frying pan over medium-high heat. When the pan is hot, add the zucchini slices in a mostly single layer, toss the pan briefly to coat them in the oil, then season them with salt and pepper. Let them cook without siring then for 3 minutes then flip them over and cook them for 2 minutes more.

saute garlic: Reduce the heat to medium and push the zucchini to the side of the pan. Add the garlic, Italian seasoning, and chili flakes and cook the garlic for 1 minute.

serve: Mix the zucchini and garlic together then sprinkle the parmesan cheese over the top and serve right away.
