This sage pasta is on the table in no time and packs plenty of flavor thanks to garlic, chili flakes and creamy feta. Served with a fresh lamb's lettuce, it makes a complete meal.

📝 Ingredients

  • Ingredients for the pasta:
  • 2 handfuls of sage
  • pasta of your choice (I chose whole wheat spaghetti)
  • olive oil
  • small knob of butter
  • 1/3 jar of sun-dried tomatoes
  • 1 tsp chili flakes
  • garlic (use as many cloves as you like; can be quite spicy)
  • 1 pack of feta
  • Ingredients for the salad:
  • lamb's lettuce
  • a few sun-dried tomatoes
  • Kalamata olives
  • red onion
  • olive oil
  • balsamic vinegar
  • pepper & salt

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 11. Cook the pasta al dente. Wash and dry the sage, then chop it finely. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes and garlic into pieces. Put the butter and oil in the pan. Add the sage, chili flakes and tomatoes to the pan. Sear briefly over high heat, then turn the heat down and make the salad.2. Slice the red onion into rings and spread these, together with the olives and tomatoes, over the lamb's lettuce. Season with pepper, salt and a generous drizzle of olive oil.3. By now the pasta and the sauce should be ready. Stir the pasta into the sauce, let it heat through briefly and serve with the salad.Enjoy!
