This creamy pasta salad with smoked salmon is quick to make and full of flavour. The soft cream sauce with dill turns this dish into a lovely meal for any time of day.

📝 Ingredients

  • 400 g. pasta of your choice (I used conchiglie, shells)
  • 400 g. smoked salmon
  • 250 ml heavy cream
  • a handful of fresh dill
  • 4 tbsp. Bio Bandits ‘Irristible Italian’ dressing (or make a simple sauce from mustard and honey)
  • salt & pepper

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package. Pour the heavy cream and dressing into a small saucepan and add the finely chopped dill. Warm briefly over low heat, do not let it boil! Meanwhile, cut the smoked salmon into strips. Drain the pasta once it's ready and put it in the serving bowl. Stir the salmon through the pasta and add the cream sauce. You'll see the salmon will cook slightly from the heat of the pasta and the cream, which is fine.Taste and adjust with a little salt and pepper and your pasta salad is ready!
