  • 2 cups vegetable stock
  • 1 tbsp olive oil

  • 2 carrots, medium-sized
  • 1 celery stalk, medium-sized
  • 3/4 cup tomato sauce
  • 1 cup cooked chestnuts, peeled
  • 100 grams baby spinach
