An easy recipe for Crab Stuffed Salmon! Juicy salmon fillet loaded with a cheesy crab filling. Thi is the ultimate stuffed salmon recipe!

📝 Ingredients

  • 1 pound salmon fillet
  • 2 Tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1 garlic cloves (minced)
  • 1/2 tsp salt (or to taste)
  • 1/4 tsp ground paprika
  • 1/4 tsp ground pepper (or to taste)
  • 4 oz crab meat (chopped)
  • 1/2 celery stick (finely chopped)
  • 1 1/2 tsp plain breadcrumbs
  • 2 1/2 tsp grated parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 cup mayo
  • 3 Tbsp shredded cheese
  • 1/8 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 3 Tbsp melted butter

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 365°F and line a 9x13 baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. 2In a bowl, combine all the ingredients for the salmon seasoning.
  3. 3Cut the salmon into 3 fillets. Make a cut in the middle of each fillet, not cutting all the way through. Rub all sides of the fillets with the seasoning using a pastry brush.
  4. 4In a large bowl, add the chopped crab, chopped celery, breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, mayo, shredded cheese, pepper, Italian seasoning and melted butter and mix until well combined.
  5. 5Open the salmon and stuff with the crab stuffing, repeat with all of the fillets. Cover with foil.
  6. 6Bake at 365°F for 10 minutes and an additional 10-15 minutes uncovered, until cheese melts. Do not overbake the salmon.
