  • 1 tablespoon oil
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 inch piece ginger, peeled and grated
  • 1 pound baby bok choy, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1 teaspoon sesame seeds, optional
