This Italian sausage and tortellini skillet is the coziest, easiest one-pan that you’ll find yourself making on repeat.
📝 Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lb (450 g) Italian sausage, casings removed
- 1 medium onion, finely diced
- 2 large garlic cloves, finely chopped
- 1/3 cup (75 ml) dry white wine
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes (optional)
- 2 x 8 oz. (225 g) cans tomato sauce (or crushed tomatoes)
- 1 cup low-sodium chicken stock
- 1/2 cup (100 ml) heavy cream (double cream)
- 2 x 9 oz. (250 g) packs refrigerated tortellini
- 2 cups (60 g) fresh baby spinach
- 1/3 cup (30 g) Parmesan, grated
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste
