Air fryer bone-in pork chops turn out perfectly juicy and tender, every time. You'll never want to make pork chops a different way again!
📝 Ingredients
- 2 lb (500g) bone-in pork chops (thick cut)
- 2 tsp smoked paprika
- 2 tsp dried oregano
- 2 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp onion powder
- 2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- lemon juice, for serving
👨🍳 Instructions
- 1Prepare the pork chops by patting them dry with paper towel.
- 2Combine the seasonings in a small bowl and sprinkle over both sides of the pork chops.
- 3Allow to rest for at least 10 minutes but ideally overnight in the fridge.
- 4This acts as a dry brine and delivers super juicy chops.
- 5Once you're ready to cook, spray or brush the pork chops with olive oil then add to the air fryer basket.
- 6Air fry at 400°F/205°C for 15 minutes, turning over halfway through cooking until the pork chops are golden brown and tender.
- 7Cooking time will vary depending on the thickness of your chops.
- 8The internal temperature should reach 140°F/60°C on a meat thermometer.
- 9The meat will be opaque white but super juicy.
- 10Remove from the heat and allow to rest for 5 minutes (to allow the juices to reabsorb into the meat) before serving with a squeeze of lemon juice.
