  • 3 Granny Smith apples (peeled, cored, and thinly sliced)
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoons apple pie spice
  • 1 tablespoon cold butter (cut into small cubes)
  • 2 tablespoons caramel syrup (optional)

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oven to 375˚F.
  2. 2Place the puff pastry on a floured surface and roll it into a 10-inch square. Press it into a 9-inch tart pan.
  3. 3Coat the apple slices with the brown sugar and apple pie spice. Working from the outside edge, arrange the apple slices in a circle.
