📝 Ingredients

  • 5 ears of corn
  • 2 tbsp butter (unsalted)
  • 3 limes
  • 2 tbsp parsley (chopped)
  • 1/2 cup parmesan or cotija cheese (shredded)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp chili powder

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Remove husks from the corn.
  2. 2Mix the seasoning ingredients together until well combined.
  3. 3Coat the corn with butter and apply seasoning.
  4. 4Place the corn directly on the grill grates on medium-high heat for 10-15 minutes, rotating every 2-3 minutes until the corn has softened and charred around the edges.
