📝 Ingredients

  • 2 cups Cottage Cheese
  • 3-4 tablespoons Milk
  • 2 tablespoons Lemon Juice
  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh Parsley
  • 1/2 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon Garlic Powder

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1In a food processor or high-speed blender, add all the ingredients: cottage cheese, milk, lemon juice, salt, pepper, olive oil, and garlic powder.
  2. 2Blend on medium-high speed until smooth and creamy. You may have to stop the food processor a few times, scrape the sides of the bowl and repeat until all the cottage cheese curd turns into a creamy texture.
