  • 1 tablespoon DeLallo Double Concentrated Tomato Paste
  • 1/3 cup DeLallo Sun-Dried Tomatoes
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 4 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 1/2 cup dry white wine
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup heavy/whipping cream
  • 1 pound uncooked DeLallo Potato Gnocchi
  • 2 cups cooked shredded/rotisserie chicken
  • 1/2 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 small handful fresh basil (torn/chopped)
  • Salt & pepper (to taste)

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Add the butter, tomato paste, sun-dried tomatoes, oregano, garlic, and red pepper flakes to a deep skillet or pot over medium-high heat. Once the butter melts, cook for 1-2 minutes, stirring often.
  2. 2Add in the wine and let it bubble for about one minute, then stir in the chicken broth, cream, and gnocchi.
  3. 3Bring it to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat to medium and cover the pan. Cook for 5 minutes.
  4. 4Stir in the chicken, parmesan, and basil, and cook for another 3-5 minutes or until the gnocchi is tender, the chicken is heated through, and the sauce thickens to your liking.
  5. 5Season with salt & pepper as needed and enjoy immediately!
