📝 Ingredients

  • 4 bone in pork chops 1/2 inch thick
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tablespoon milk
  • 3/4 cup Italian panko breadcrumbs
  • 1/3 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • olive oil spray

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Combine flour, onion powder, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a shallow wide bowl or plate with a raised edge. Whisk milk and eggs together in a wide shallow bowl. Combine panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan Cheese in a shallow wide bowl or plate with a raised edge.
  2. 2Preheat the air fryer to 400 degrees.
  3. 3Coat the chops with the flour mixture, then dip them into the egg mixture, then into the panko breadcrumb/parmesan mixture. Lightly spray or mist both sides of the pork chop with olive oil.
  4. 4Place in the air fryer and cook for 4 minutes. Gently flip the pork chops and cook for another 4 minutes or until the pork chop reaches an internal temperature of 145 degrees. Let rest for 3-5 minutes and serve.
