📝 Ingredients
- 12 eggs (or as many as you’d like, whisked so yolks and whites are blended)
- Salt (as desired)
- Pepper (as desired)
- 3 tbsp butter (salted)
- Finish with condiments and seasonings like salt (pepper, hot sauce, or herbs like cilantro)
👨🍳 Instructions
- 1Prep all ingredients before cooking scrambled eggs on the griddle. Season eggs with salt and pepper as desired. You’ll want everything ready to use as this is a pretty fast griddle recipe. I like to use a tray to carry everything outside at once.
- 2preheat griddle: Preheat Traeger Flatrock, Blackstone Grill, or whatever indoor griddle or outdoor flattop you’re using to medium-high heat.
- 3Add butter to coat the griddle.
- 4add eggs: Griddle scrambled eggs. Pour the eggs onto the griddle. Use spatulas to continue flipping scrambled eggs around for a few minutes, so they stay light and fluffy and don’t overcook. Check out the Sip Bite Go recipe demonstration video to see how we fold the eggs into each other so they cook evenly.
- 5cook: Remove griddled eggs. When the eggs have hardened to your liking, remove them from the griddle cooktop.
- 6add toppings: Finish as you’d like with salt, pepper, hot sauce, or herbs like cilantro, and enjoy.
