📝 Ingredients

  • 185 g butter, softened
  • 0.5 cup caster sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla essence
  • 3 eggs
  • 180 g NESTLÉ PLAISTOWE Premium White, melted
  • 1.75 cup self raising flour
  • 0.25 cup milk
  • 0 ICING:
  • 180 g NESTLÉ PLAISTOWE Premium White, melted, extra
  • 0.25 cup pure cream

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1preheat oven to 180°c/160°c fan forced. grease and line a 23cm round cake pan with baking paper.
  2. 2beat butter, sugar and vanilla until light and creamy. add eggs one at a time, beating well after each additiion. beat in plaistowe premium white choc. fold in sifted flour alternately with milk.
  3. 3spoon into prepared pan and bake 45-50 minutes or until a skewer inserted into the centre comes out clean. if cake becomes too dark, cover loosely with foil after 30 minutes. cool cake on a wire rack.
  4. 4combine extra plaistowe premium white choc and cream; beat until thick and creamy; pour over cake.
