This grilled baby bok choy is a simple Asian inspired side dish great with a bowl of noodles, a plate of curry or any other Asian flavored meal.

📝 Ingredients

  • 4 baby bok choy
  • 2 tablespoons sweet thai chili sauce (I use a lemongrass flavored one)
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon low sodium soy sauce (tamari or coconut aminos)
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Slice the bok choy in half lengthwise.
  2. 2Whisk together the remaining ingredients in a small bowl and lightly brush on both sides of the bok choy.
  3. 3Place bok choy cut side down on a preheated outdoor grill or indoor grill pan. Grill for 1-2 minutes until leaves start to wilt and char marks appear on the side face down. Flip, brush with more of the sauce and grill on the other side for another 1-2 minutes.
  4. 4Remove from grill, brush on any remaining sauce and serve immediately.
