- 50 ml heavy cream
- 50 g white chocolate (chopped)
- 1 tsp of oil
👨🍳 Instructions
- 1Whisk heavy cream and sugar in a bowl until stiff peaks form. Set aside.
- 2In a separate bowl, mix mascarpone and vanilla until smooth. Gently fold in whipped cream in thirds, then fold in 5 tablespoons of crushed Oreos (optional).
- 3Pour coffee into a shallow dish. Briefly dip Oreos on one side only and arrange in a single layer in a dish.
- 4--- Assemble ---
- 5Spread half the Oreo mascarpone filling over the cookie layer.
- 6Then, add another layer of dipped Oreos on top.
- 7Finish with the remaining mascarpone filling, smoothing the top.
- 8Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6 hours or overnight.
- 9--- Topping ---
- 10Microwave dark chocolate and cream in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- 11Microwave white chocolate and oil in 10-second intervals, stirring until melted. Cool slightly, stirring to prevent setting.
- 12--- Decorate ---
- 13Pour ganache over chilled tiramisu and smooth evenly.
- 14Add melted white chocolate to a piping bag and snip a small hole at the tip. Pipe horizontal white chocolate lines over the top.
- 15Then, drag a toothpick vertically through the lines to create a pretty pattern.
- 16Add Oreo crumbs around the edges and place one whole Oreo in the center. Slice and serve this luxurious Oreo tiramisu!
