📝 Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork chops (about 2 1/2 pounds total)
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/4 cup white wine vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon spicy brown mustard
  • 1 Tablespoon creamy horseradish
  • 2 cloves garlic (grated or minced)
  • 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1In a small bowl, stir together the white BBQ sauce ingredients.
  2. 2Add half the BBQ sauce to a large casserole dish or a large ziploc bag. Add the pork chops and toss to coat. Let marinate 20-30 minutes while you preheat the grill.
  3. 3Heat the grill to 450-degrees.
  4. 4Once hot, add the pork chops and cook for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until cooked through to an internal temperature of 145-degrees.
  5. 5Remove pork chops from the grill and let them rest 3-minutes.
