Two indulgent holiday ingredients combined into one festive spread.
📝 Ingredients
- 1 (8-ounce) round Brie cheese
- 1 cup Land O Lakes® Butter softened
- 1/4 cup dried cranberries
- 2 tablespoons walnuts, finely chopped
- Honey, as desired
- Fresh thyme and/or rosemary, if desired
👨🍳 Instructions
- 1While Brie cheese is still cold, use cheese knife or paring knife to remove rind. Cut into 1-inch cubes; set aside to warm to room temperature.
- 2Cut butter into 1-inch slices. Add to food processor along with cubed cheese. Process until completely smooth, scraping down side of bowl as needed.
- 3Spoon and spread butter mixture onto serving plate. Top evenly with dried cranberries, walnuts and drizzle of honey. Garnish with fresh herbs as desired. Serve immediately with crackers or crostini.
- 4Cover any leftovers tightly with plastic wrap; refrigerate up to 5 days. Bring to room temperature before serving.
