📝 Ingredients

  • 1/2 ” ginger (, julienned)
  • 2 cloves garlic (, sliced)

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt ((or to taste))
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 to 2 lemon wedges

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Heat the oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
