📝 Ingredients

  • 8 very thinly sliced pork chops (about 2 pounds)
  • 2 cups salsa verde (see recipe)
  • 2 tablespoons cooking oil
  • salt as necessary

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Trim most of the fat off the chops
  2. 2Heat a frying pan very hot
  3. 3Add 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
  4. 4Brown the pork chops on both sides
  5. 5Set the browned pork chops aside
  6. 6Once you have browned all of the meat add 1/2 of the salsa verde to your frying pan
  7. 7Add all of the pork chops to the pan
  8. 8Pour the remaining salsa over the pork chops
  9. 9Turn the heat to low and simmer for about 15 minutes until the salsa has noticeably reduced
