📝 Ingredients
- For Thandai Frappe
- 3 cups chilled whole milk (full-fat milk)
- 4 scoops vanilla ice cream
- 2 tablespoons sugar, or to taste
- 3 tablespoons thandai powder
- 13-14 ice cubes
- 1 tablespoon warm milk, soaked in a pinch of saffron for 10 minutes
- 1/2 teaspoon rose/kewra water
- For serving (optional):
- Whipped cream
- 1 tablespoon chopped pistachios
- 1 tablespoon dried rose petals
- 1 tablespoon saffron-soaked milk
- NOTE: Some ingredients can be replaced with their vegan counterparts.

- 1--- How to make Thandai Frappe ---
- 2In a blender, combine the ice cubes, thandai powder, milk, sugar, saffron-soaked milk, vanilla ice cream, and rose water. Blend until smooth.
- 3Pour the drink into serving glasses. It would make 3 large or 6 small servings. Top with whipped cream, chopped pistachios, and dried rose petals. If desired. drizzle with some saffron-soaked milk. Serve immediately and enjoy chilled.
