📝 Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups oat flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 2 Tbsp avocado oil
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup raisins
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts (optional)
👨🍳 Instructions
- 1Line a 9x9" baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
- 2In a large mixing bowl, toss together the oat flour, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt.
- 3Add the applesauce, eggs, maple syrup, avocado oil, and vanilla. Whisk until just combined.
- 4Fold in the raisins and chopped nuts if using. Let the batter sit for 15 minutes while the oven preheats to 350F
- 5Pour the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
