📝 Ingredients

  • 3 carrots (peeled and chopped)
  • 2 stalks celery (chopped)
  • 1 medium onion (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon minced garlic
  • 1 1/4 pounds chicken breast

  • 1 jar roasted red peppers (drained)
  • 2 Tablespoons cornstarch (dissolved in 2 tablespoons water)
