Homemade Crock Pot Chicken Alfredo made with cream cheese, heavy cream, and parmesan cheese is one of the best Crockpot meals!

📝 Ingredients

  • 1 pound boneless skinless chicken breasts (about 2 large chicken breasts)
  • 2 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1/3 cup butter (cubed, 75 grams)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese (cubed, room temperature, 1 full brick)
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon fine sea salt
  • 400 grams penne pasta (4 cups)
  • 3/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese (divided)
  • Fresh diced parsley (optional, for garnish)
