📝 Ingredients

  • 4 boneless pork chops
  • 1/2 cup ketchup
  • 2 tablespoons of mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 tablespoons of agave nectar
  • Coarse sea salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1In a bowl, soak a cup of apple chips for about 15 minutes.
  2. 2Turn on a charcoal grill.
  3. 3Once the grill is ready, add the wood chips.
  4. 4Season the chops with salt and pepper on both sides and grill over indirect fire. Cover and cook for about 4 minutes.
  5. 5In a bowl mix ketchup with mustard, Worcestershire sauce and agave néctar until it forms a homogeneous BBQ sauce. Reserve.
  6. 6Turn the pork chops, cover and cook for about 3-4 more minutes.
  7. 7Insert the meat thermometer in the center of the chops and make sure it mark 160˚F.
  8. 8Brush the chops on both sides with the BBQ sauce and grill for one more minute.
