Making frozen broccoli in the air fryer is so easy you won’t even believe it! In under 15 minutes, you’ll take frozen vegetables and turn them into the perfect side dish – crispy tops and tender stalks. Garnish with your favorite flavors, and enjoy.

📝 Ingredients

  • 12 ounces frozen broccoli
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon fine sea salt (more to taste)
  • Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1In the basket of the air fryer (or a separate mixing bowl) toss the frozen broccoli with olive oil, salt, and pepper. If you want to add spices like garlic or onion powder, do so here, too. Spread in an even layer in the air fryer basket.
  2. 2Set the air fryer to 375°F. Cook for 14-16 minutes, tossing halfway through. Depending on the size of the frozen broccoli florets, smaller florets will crisp up more quickly. Time may vary depending on the model of air fryer you use.
  3. 3Serve with parmesan and lemon or a drizzle of balsamic vinegar as desired. See the post for more serving suggestions, too!
