Learn how to make frozen cauliflower in the air fryer - it's so easy you won’t even believe it! In just 15 minutes, you’ll take frozen vegetables and turn them into the perfect side dish – crispy and tender.
📝 Ingredients
- 12 ounces frozen cauliflower*
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
- Freshly ground black pepper (to taste)
👨🍳 Instructions
- 1In the basket of the air fryer with a crisper rack (or a separate mixing bowl) toss the frozen cauliflower with olive oil and desired seasonings. Spread in an even layer in the air fryer basket.
- 2Set the air fryer to 375°F. Cook for 12-15 minutes, tossing halfway through. Depending on the size of the florets, cook time may vary; smaller florets will crisp up more quickly.
- 3Serve immediately as desired and enjoy! Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days. Reheat in the air fryer.
