- 2 Bone-in Pork Chops
- 1/2 tsp allspice
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp brown sugar
- 3/4 cup Yellow Mustard
- 1/2 cup Honey
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1/2 cup Cider Vinegar
- 2 tbs Ketchup
- 1 tbsp Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp allspice
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp hot sauce
👨🍳 Instructions
- 1Preheat Air Fryer to 250 degrees F
- 2Mix dry spices together in small bowl.
- 3Season pork chops with the spice mix. Set aside.
- 4Cook the pork chops for 15 minutes.
- 5While the chops cook, mix together the sauce ingredients.
- 6Remove the chops and increase the heat on the air fryer to 400 degrees F.
- 7Brush the sauce on the pork chops. Add the chops back to the air fryer and cook 7 minutes.
- 8Let rest 5-10 minutes, then serve.
