This easy salmon stir fry is the perfect healthy fish dinner for busy weeknights. Salmon, broccolini and red bell pepper is stir fried with a homemade sauce, and served with noodles or rice. The dish is ready to eat in less than 10 minutes!

📝 Ingredients

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 6 ounces broccolini
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon sriracha
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 scallions ((green onions))
  • 1 pinch sesame seeds

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Heat up the vegetable oil in a wok or large skillet on very high heat.
  2. 2Cut the broccolini into thin stems, slice the red bell pepper, finely dice or grate the garlic, and cut the salmon into large chunks.
  3. 3Stir fry the garlic in the wok for about 20 seconds. Don't leave it for any longer, as garlic can burn fast.
  4. 4Add the broccolini and red pepper to the skillet, and stir fry for 1-2 minutes.
  5. 5Then, add the sauce ingredients and salmon chunks to the wok. Gently stir fry for 1-2 minutes, or until the salmon is starting to flake. This indicates that the fish has cooked through.
  6. 6Serve the salmon stir fry as it is, or over noodles or rice.
