  • 6 Skinless Chicken Thighs
  • 2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 Small Onion, Chopped
  • 3 Cloves Garlic, Minced
  • 1 Celery Stalk, Chopped
  • 2 Carrots, Peeled And Chopped
  • 1 Cup Dry White or Red Wine
  • 1 (28 oz) Can Chopped Tomatoes
  • 1 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1/4 Cup Fresh Chopped Parsley
  • Salt & Pepper
  • Pinch Of Red Pepper Flakes
  • 1 Pound Fresh Pasta (Pappardelle or Fettuccine)
