- pork tenderloin 1.00 lbs sliced into strips
- lower sodium soy sauce 2.00 tbsp for the Ponzu sauce
- orange juice 2.00 tbsp
- lemon juice 1.50 tbsp
- garlic 1.00 clove minced
- fresh ginger 2.00 tsp minced
- rice wine (mirin) 1.50 tsp
- Cornstarch 1.00 tsp
- Red Chili Flakes 0.13 tsp
- corn tortillas 8.00 whole
- butter lettuce 2.00 cup shredded
- water- or juice-packed mandarin oranges 8.00 oz canned mandarin oranges packed in water
- drained
- dried sesame noodles 0.25 cup broken into pieces

- 1Preheat a large skillet over medium heat. Add olive oil and pork. Cook
