  • 1 small onion (finely - chopped)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp chicken bouillon powder
  • 1 tsp ground black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp oregano (or thyme)
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper (to taste)
  • 1/2 cup green Bell Pepper (Diced)
  • 1/2 cup red Bell Pepper (Diced)
  • 30 oz tomato sauce
  • 3/4-1 cup water
  • 1/4 cup fresh Parsley

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Preheat the oil in a large skillet on medium heat. Add the diced onions and leave to sweat for about 3 minutes. Stir in the garlic and leave to cook for another 30 seconds.
  2. 2Add the ground beef and cook by tossing and crumbling until well browned—about 5 minutes.
  3. 3Season with salt, bouillon powder, black pepper, oregano, thyme, and cayenne pepper.
