  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 bags Mann’s Butternut Squash Zig Zags
  • 5 cups chicken stock (more if you want it to be more soup-y)
  • 11 oz baby spinach
  • 500 grams frozen cheese tortellini
  • salt, pepper, garlic powder (to taste)

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1Heat the oil in a large skillet or a dutch oven. Stir in Mann’s Butternut Squash Zig Zags, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  2. 2After the butternut squash has soften, add in the chicken stock
  3. 3Add in the baby spinach and then the frozen tortellini. Let it come up to a boil before lower it down to a simmer.
  4. 4Following the direction of the tortellini to ensure it's cooked through and it serve.
