📝 Ingredients

  • 1 cup dragon fruit cubes (frozen )
  • 1 cup mixed red fruits (frozen , berries, raspberries, cherries)
  • 1 medium banana (frozen )
  • 1 cup soy milk (or any milk of your choice)
  • unflavored protein powder (optional)
  • 3-4 medium strawberries
  • 1/4 cup blackberries
  • 1 medium banana (sliced)
  • 1/4 cup blueberries
  • 1 tbsp pumpkin seeds

👨‍🍳 Instructions

  1. 1In a blender, combine the frozen banana, frozen dragon fruit cubes, frozen mixed red fruits, and milk. (and protein powder if adding it)
  2. 2Blend the ingredients until smooth and well combined.
  3. 3If the smoothie is too thick, adjust the consistency by adding more soy milk. If it is too runny, then add some ice cubes.
  4. 4Start washing peeling and slicing your toppings. Peel and slice the kiwi, remove the crown of the strawberry and slice, peel and slice the banana.
