My Mediterranean-style crown rack of lamb is a delicious and show-stopping main course!

📝 Ingredients

  • 2 racks of lamb, 7 to 8 ribs each, frenched
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1-2 tablespoons dried oregano
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinegar
  • 8 cloves of garlic, grated
  • 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  • 2 teaspoons salt
  • Black pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped rosemary
  • Pan drippings
  • 1/4 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Greek honey
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1 teaspoon finely chopped fresh rosemary
