Garlic Parmesan Butter Gnocchi is the best way to enjoy these beloved Italian dumplings. Using simple, inexpensive ingredients and 15 minutes, dinner will be served!
📝 Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pound gnocchi
- 3 tablespoon butter (unsalted)
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 4 cloves garlic (minced)
- 1/2 teaspoon salt (or to taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper (or to taste)
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (freshly grated)
👨🍳 Instructions
- 1Cook gnocchi according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- 2Add the butter to a large skillet and melt it over medium heat. Add the red pepper flakes to the skillet and cook for 30 seconds or until fragrant.
- 3Add the gnocchi to the skillet with butter, and cook on high for about 5 minutes. Continuously toss the gnocchi to crisp it on all sides. Add the minced garlic to the skillet and cook for another 30 seconds over medium heat.
- 4Season with salt, pepper and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Toss well to coat all the gnocchi with cheese.
- 5Garnish with basil, sage or parsley. Serve warm.
