- 3/4 cup ground Dominican coffee ([44 grams])
- 1 pinch ground nutmeg ((optional))
- 2 cups whole milk (hot [475 milliliters])
- 4 teaspoons brown sugar (or white sugar (or to taste))

- 2In a large greca (Italian espresso coffee maker large enough for 8 cups of espresso), fill the water reservoir with water just below the valve.Add the coffee to the coffee filter basket, pressing down if necessary to ensure an even layer. Add the nutmeg (optional) and press down to level it.⚠️ If your coffee maker is smaller, you’ll need to make as many cups of coffee as you need (half a cup per serving).
